Blanx Apparel Retail Return Policy
At Blanx Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our return policy allows you to make a return within 30 days of the invoice date. Please ensure you include a completed returns form when returning any items. Orders returned without a completed the exchange and return form will be sent back at the customer's expense.
Return Eligibility:
- You are entitled to request an exchange, repair, refund, or credit if the items do not meet the relevant specifications, descriptions, or are found to be faulty or unsafe, in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act.
- If you do not notify us of any discrepancies or issues with your order within 30 days of delivery, the goods will be deemed to have been accepted in good order and condition.
- A product is not considered defective if it has been damaged due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions, abnormal use, or lack of proper care.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange or credit.
- Underwear and socks (once removed from their original packaging) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you have received faulty or incorrectly supplied items, please contact us immediately at info@blanxapparel.com.
Return Processing:
- Returns can take up to one week to be processed after we receive the returned items. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
Return Shipping:
- Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Blanx Apparel Wholesale / Trade Return Policy
At Blanx Apparel, we want to ensure that all wholesale and trade orders meet your expectations. Please review our wholesale return policy carefully before initiating any returns.
Restocking Fee:
- All wholesale and trade orders are subject to a minimum $10 restocking fee.
- For orders over $100, a 10% restocking fee will be applied. This fee covers our time spent inspecting the goods, counting items, checking for any damage, re-folding, and placing each size back into the correct warehouse locations.
Return Process:
- Returns will not be accepted unless a completed Returns Form is included with your return shipment. Please ensure this form is filled out and sent back with your return.
Sample Orders:
- Sample orders, which are defined as any orders under 5 items, cannot be returned for credit.
- Any sample orders that are returned will be donated to charity and will not be sent back to the customer.
- Any orders returned after 60 days from the invoice date will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
Important Notes:
- Blanx Apparel is not liable for any screen-printing costs or reprinting under any circumstances.
- Customers are responsible for inspecting goods before embellishing or printing. Once merchandise is printed, washed, dyed, relabeled, or decorated, it is non-returnable.
- We highly recommend that you check all orders before sending them directly to your printer. If possible, we suggest visiting a showroom or ordering samples prior to placing large wholesale orders.
- Please double-check your invoice for accuracy before printing. If you are shipping orders directly to your printer, ensure that they verify the order against the packing slip. While we strive for accuracy, picking errors can occur. If a mistake is found before printing, we will resolve it, but once the goods are printed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
- For returns, we recommend using a tracked courier service to ensure your return is safely received.
