As we are a startup focused on minimizing overproduction, our standard shipping lead time is currently 4 weeks from the date of order confirmation. This lead time allows us to ensure that each order is carefully processed, produced, and shipped to meet our quality standards.
Production Timeline:
Week 1: Order received & processing begins
Week 2: Production starts
Week 3: Quality checks & finishing touches
Week 4: Order ships & tracking details provided
Standard Shipping:
- Lead Time: Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to be processed, produced, and shipped.
- Shipping Method: All orders will be shipped via standard courier services.
- Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's progress.
Rush Orders:
We understand that sometimes you may need your order sooner, and we’re happy to work with you on rush orders. If you require faster processing or delivery, please inquire before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated based on your order's weight, size, and destination. These rates will be applied at checkout.
International Shipping:
At this time, we offer international shipping, but please note that shipping times and fees may vary based on your location.
Order Modifications and Cancellations:
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. However, changes to your order may not be possible after it enters production.
